Kindly print the details above and take to your Bank so as to properly effect payment to us. It is important to fill in the banks information correctly as the omission of any information may result in the non receipt of payment. Subsequently, obtain the Deposit Slip or Telex copy of your Payment from your bank and attach to your Application.
Please endeavour to pay all related Bank charges incurred for transfer of funds to Rayfield Consult Account. Please note that we will otherwise not proceed with verification of your documents. The applicable transfer charges are those of your Bank (the transferring Bank), as our Banks do not charge any fees for receiving money.
At Rayfield Consult, we pride ourselves on our customer service. We keep our customers regularly updated on the progress of their documents beginning from the point of receipt of the documents to when it is finally sent to the Embassy of Finland. Customers can speak to us anytime during working hours or send us an email and we guarantee to get back to you within 24 hours.
For verification within Nigeria, the turnaround time is within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the documents.
For verification outside Nigeria, the turnaround time is within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the documents.
Please note that the verification process frequently involves several bureaucratic stages making it a cumbersome process. In such cases, we have to review strategies which often prolongs the turnaround time but we always ensure that the process is completed within the shortest time possible in spite of the hiccups in the process.
For documents originating from CAMEROON, certified true copies (CTC) of the documents duly stamped and signed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be accepted for verification but the original documents must be sent along for verification. Please note that we shall not commence the verification process if the original documents are not sighted.
For documents originating from GHANA, we accept original documents accompanied with letters of certification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Judicial Service in Ghana.
